摘要
根据JJF1059—1999《测定不确定度的评定与表示》和GB/T15038—2006干葡萄酒中还原糖含量的测定原理,建立不确定度的数学模型。系统分析并计算葡萄酒中还原糖测量全过程的不确定度各分量、结果标准不确定度及扩展不确定度。计算得到在还原糖的含量为3.18 g/L时,扩展不确定度为0.026 g/L,包含因子k为2。
According to the evaluation and the expressing of uncertainty in measurement (JJF1059-1999) and the measuring principles of the content of reduced sugar in dry grape wine (GB/T15038-2006), a mathematical model of the uncertainty had been constructed. The independent un certainty, standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty could be calculated by such model. As reduced sugar content was 3.18 g/L, the expanded uncertainty was 0.026 g/L and the coverage factor k=2.
