驻藏官兵生殖健康相关疾病调查 被引量:4

Investigation on diseases related with reproductive health of officers and soldiers garrisoned in Tibet

摘要 目的调查驻藏部队官兵生殖健康状况。方法调查对象是驻藏服役男性健康官兵,年龄18~35岁,驻地海拔高度2900~3900 m。对入选者实施精液常规、前列腺液常规检查。结果受检者精液液化时间超过60 min的74.8%,精液量(2.1±0.4)ml、精子密度[(88.9±17.5)×109/L]、精子存活率[(60.37±10.31)%]、精子活力[(a+b)级(35.5±9.2)%]、男性生育力指数(0.68±0.13)等参数偏低,但与WHO推荐正常参考值比较无显著性降低;驻藏24个月以上与驻藏8个月以内者比较,前列腺液中卵磷脂小体下降者的百分比显著性增高(P<0.05)。结论长期驻扎西藏高原罹患生殖健康相关疾病的风险增高,提示加强驻藏官兵生殖健康保健十分重要。 Objective To investigate the reproductive health status of officers and soldiers garrisoning in Tibet. Methods The subjects were male health officers and soldiers garrisoned in Tibet longer than 8 months aged from 18 to 35 years old at the high altitude of 2,900 to 3,900 m. They received the routine examinations of semen and liquor prostaticus. Results Semen routine analysis showed that the sperm liquefaction - time was longer than 60 minutes in 74.8% subjects. The semen volume was (2.1 ± 0.4) ml;the sperm density was (88.9± 17.5 ) × 10^9/ml; the sperm grade motility was (60.37 ±10.31 )% ;sperm viability (a + b)was (35.5 ±9.2) % ;and the male fertility index was 0.68±0.13, which were all low but did not significandy decrease compared with the normal reference value recommended by WHO. The percentage of officials and soldiers with the decreasing of lecithin corpuscle in their liquor prostaticus significantly increased in those garrisoned longer than 24 months compared with those garrisoned within 8 months (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The risk of suffering from reproductive diseases became higher in men garrisoned for a long time at high altitude, which indicates that the reproductive health care is very important to the officers and soldiers garrisoned at high altitude.
