构建高职思政课实践育人长效机制的思考

Study on Structuring Long-acting Mechanism of Practice Cultivating Talents in Ideological and Political Theory Course of College

我国高职教育的功能是培养应用型、技能型高级人才,对高职思政课实践育人长效机制的研究,具有很强的现实价值和时代价值。构建高职思想政治理论课实践育人长效机制应遵循理论与实践相结合、保障性与激励性相结合、主导性与主体性相结合的原则。目标机制、工作机制、运行机制、保障机制、考核评估机制是构建思想政治理论课实践育人长效机制的具体路径。

The function of higher vocational education is to cultivate practical and skill-oriented talents in China.Study on long-acting mechanism of practice cultivating talents in ideological and political theory course of college has important realistic value.In the process of structuring,principle of combination of theory and practice,guarantee and incentive,dominant and main body should be followed.And ways of structuring are object mechanism,working mechanism,operating mechanism,safeguard mechanism and assess mechanism.
