储油罐的变位识别与罐容表标定模型

Identification Model of Oil Tank's Position and the Calibration of Tank Capacity Table

研究了椭圆型储油罐的变位识别与罐容表标定问题。利用数学积分原理分别对储油罐无变位与变位两种情况,建立油量体积与油位高度的数学模型,并用MATLAB软件进行求解及残差分析,修正得到较准确的罐容表标定值。

The identification of oval oil tank＇s position and the calibration of tank capacity table were studied. By the principle of mathematical integration , this paper establishes two mathematical models of the oil volume and oil lev- el. These two models are oil tank of displacement and displacement, respectively. We use MATLAB to get the result and residual analysis, then more accurate calibrations of the tank capacity table are presented.
