一种基于MEMS加速度传感器迫击炮电子象限仪的设计

摘要 紧跟未来迫击炮射角测量装置数字智能化和小型化的发展趋势,提出了一种迫击炮象限仪的数字化改造设计实例。该系统以C8051F350单片机作为主控处理器,选用MEMS微机电加速度传感芯片作为射角测量传感器;简化了系统的电路设计,缩小了产品体积和重量;并利用MATLAB软件进行系统标定,保证了测量精度;还应用了超宽温OLED单色点阵显示技术,提高了产品的环境适应性。 In pace with the trends of digital intelligence and miniaturization of future mortar quadrant angle measurement devices , the author in this paper put forward a design demonstration of digitalized transformation of a mortar quadrant, In this system, C8051F350 SCM was utilized as a master control processor and MEMS acceleration sensor chip was used as a quadrant angle measurement sensor. The circuit design was simplified enough to reduce product size and weight. System calibration was made possible through MATLAB software to guarantee measuring accuracy.
