摘要
近年来,电子商务企业和快递企业相互"跨界"经营,大型电子商务企业自建物流配送体系,甚至申请"快递业务经营许可证"从事第三方物流服务,快递企业亦建立网站从事网上销售或其他电子商务业务。快递企业跨界网络购物领域是一种战略性的试探,不但存在着机会和优势,更存在着许多劣势和威胁,快递企业需进行认真分析并妥善应对。
Recently, many electronic business enterprises and express enterprises are mutually fusing to each other. Many large electronic business enterprises built logistics distribution system by themselves, and even apply for "Express Delivery Business License" to provide logistics services, many express companies also established websites to engage in the online sales or other electronic business services. It is a strategic and exploratory action for express companies to enter the field of online shopping. There are both opportunities and challenges existing in such an action, so express companies need to analyze carefully.
