摘要
介绍了纤维液膜脱硫醇及碱液高效再生组合工艺在400 kt/a混合液化石油气(LPG)和催化LPG脱硫醇装置的工业应用情况。工业装置运行结果表明,混合LPG产品总硫含量基本达到150 mg/m3、催化LPG产品总硫含量基本达到50 mg/m3的设计指标要求,产品质量合格率在97%以上;脱硫醇碱液采用高效再生技术控制硫醇钠和硫化钠含量小于600μg/g、二硫化物含量小于50μg/g,系统碱液中氢氧化钠浓度稳定在20%(w)左右,碱液再生生成的二硫化物每3 d回收1 t左右。该组合工艺解决了炼厂LPG传统脱硫醇装置产品质量不稳定、波动频繁、脱硫醇碱液再生效果不理想、能耗高、碱渣排放量大等问题,并实现了副产物二硫化物的回收。
Industrial application of a combination process of fiber liquid film transfer-lye high efficient regeneration, which was used in the removal of mercaptan from 400 kt/a mixed liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) and FCC LPG, was introduced. It was showed that both the total sulfur contents in the mixed LPG product and the FCC LPG product basically reached 150 mg/m3 and 50 mg/m3 respectively, and more than 97% of the product was up to standard. The concentration of NaOH in the regenerated lye was about 20%(w). Disulfides as the by-products were recovered, 1 t per 3 d. The combination process for LPG from refineries can lead to more stable product quality, higher quality of regenerated lye, lower energy consumotion and less emission of soda residue.
