基于海权视角:航空母舰对中国海军转型的推动作用

On Aircraft Carrier’s Promoting Role in the Transformation of China’s Naval Forces from the Perspective of Sea Power

海权是大国崛起的重要因素,而航空母舰是海权的主要支撑。中国海军战斗序列的航空母舰将对中国海军转型产生巨大的推动作用,成为维护中国海权的有生力量。这样的海上武装力量对于中国这样的陆海复合型大国发展海权是不可或缺的。本文从海权、航空母舰和中国海军转型三者之间的辩证关系进行分析与研究,力图对建立在以航空母舰为核心的攻守兼备的海军基础上的中国海权发展做一梳理。

Sea power has been an important element for the rise of a great power and the aircraft carrier is the main support of sea power, China has recognized the importance of sea power and begun to develop it vigorously. The aircraft carrier that has recently entered the battle lineup of the Chinese navy will provide a great impetus for its transformation of the Chinese navy, and will become the effective strength of the China＇ s sea power. Such an armed force is indispensable for the development of sea power in China as a land - sea power. This paper is intended for interpreting the basic concept of sea power and probes into the dialectical relationship among sea power, aircraft carriers and the Chinese navy in an attempt to examine the approach to and prospect of China＇ s sea power based on a naval force capable of both attacking and defensing centering around aircraft cartiers.
