摘要
标准化病人不仅是模拟病人,更应是可以扮演病人,并能担当指导者和评估者三重作用的特殊教师。文章从教师视角重新审视标准化病人的作用,对标准化病人进行更深层次的培训,使其认可自己"教师"的角色定位,从而在临床教学和考核中发挥更积极的作用。
The standardized patients may not only simulate patients or act as patients, but also act as tutors and evaluators in the teaching pro- cess. This paper tries to re-examine the role of standardized patients from the teachers' perspective. With profound training, the standardized patients may have the recognition of teachers for themselves, then more, active effects can be exerted in clinical teaching and assessment.
