如何建立一支高素质的实验技术队伍是提高高校实验教学质量的重要保障。依托独立的实验课程,我们中心通过多种方式对实验技术人员实施培训,达到既提高本科生的实验教学质量,又可促进和推动中心实验技术人员的建设和培养,为学校培养创新复合型的高素质人才以及创办世界一流大学服务。

Establishment of one technician team with high comprehensive abilities can ensure to improve the experimental teaching quality in medical universities. Based on the independent experimental course, technicians are trained by multi-ways which are planed and organized. As a result, it not only can achieve the goal of improving the experimental teaching quality for undergraduate students, but also promote the con- struction and cultivation of technicians in experimental centre of preclinical medicine, which will indeed serve the cultivation of innovated tal- ented students so as to set up the first-class university.
