摘要
高等医学教育的首要目标是培养合格的医生,但目前的各种教育模式与培养对象的客观要求之间存在差距。通过相互取长补短或交叉融合的使用这些方法可能是未来的一种选择。研究者探索了在学期的不同阶段,分别借鉴传统教学方法(LBL)、改良的病例讨论方法(CBL)和以问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)进行小班化教学,与单纯采用传统教学方法的大班课教学相比,收到了较好的效果。
The main task of higher medical education is to cultivate qualified doctor. At present, there is a gap between the various kinds of teaching model and objective requirement of students, but no method can meet the demand completely by its own. Taking all the advantages to- gether or using joined-method maybe is the fight direction in future. This study probes into the effect difference between traditional teaching method of big-class teaching and joined-method, which employed lecture- 'based learning (LBL), case-based learning (CBL) and problmn- based learning (PBL) in the different section of curriculum in the small-class teaching. The later teaching method has got the better result.
