1例Rh弱D15型基因型分析 被引量:2

摘要 Rh血型系统是目前被国际输血协会确认的30个红细胞血型系统中最具复杂性和多态性的血型系统,在临床输血中的重要性仅次于ABO血型。RhD抗原表型除正常D阳性和阴性表型外,还存在多种D变异型。D变异体主要包括弱D(weakD)、部分D(partialD)和DEL型[1]。为避免在血清学上RhD变异体被误定Rh阴性,采用DNA基因分型技术鉴定D变异型变得越来越重要。
