摘要
通过对服装行业IE管理现状的分析,发现服装企业对IE人才的需求在逐渐增多。从服装企业IE人才的岗位需求出发,提出高职院校要在优化教学内容、完善课程体系、加强实践锻炼和提升教学团队素质等方面培养服装设计与工程专业学生的工业工程能力。
After analyzing current situation of IE in clothing industry, it is founded shortage of IE peo- ple. From requirement of clothing enterprise for IE people, it is proposed to training industrial engineering ability for clothing design and engineering from optimizing content of course, improving curriculum system, increasing practice, advancing teaching team and etc.
