摘要
为了检测水质指标对鱼类孵化、生长和发育的影响,作者设计了一种简易的梯度发生装置。它由相邻的两个半圆柱腔体组成。一腔体上排列递减数量的小孔,另一腔体对应位置排列递增数量的小孔,腔体间对应小孔形成几个组合。向两腔体等压注入不同水源,每个组合汇流后引出一个等流量子水源,子水源呈现梯度性质。这种装置可以产生药剂、溶氧浓度和温度梯度等,以减少实验规模和操作误差。
A simple gradient generating device for water quality determination is designed to detect effects of water quality on hatch- ing, growth and development of fish. The device consists of two adjacent semi-cylinders forming an equal current, a series of small holes being arranged in descending order on one cylinder, and a series of small holes arranged in increasing order on the other at the corresponding place to branch a gradient water via equal holes in number when the water is pumped into the two cylinders at same pressure. This device can make agent, dissolved oxygen level and temperature gradients, and reduce experiment scale and operating er- rors.
