摘要
李渔在中国饮食史上有着极其重要的地位,他对中国饮食文化的贡献集中体现在《闲情偶寄》一书中,尤其是其中的《饮馔部》展现了李渔尚节俭、近自然、鄙肉食、鲜本味、巧烹调、重养生的六大饮食风格。李渔总结继承了前人的饮食思想,更影响了包括袁枚在内的一大批食学家,在中国饮食史上起着承前启后的重要作用。
Li Yu plays a significant role in Chinese catering culture. His contribution to Chinese catering utensils culture is reflected in the book "Xian Qing Ou Ji", "Diets'of which displays his dietary styles of frugality, close- to nature, contempt for meat, fresh natural flavors, skilful cooking techniques and health keeping. Li Yu summarizes and inherits the predecessors" catering ideas, influences a large number of dietitians and serves as a major link between the past and the future in Chinese catering history.
