黑龙江省学校体育安全评价指标体系构建

Construction Safety Evaluation Index System of School Sports in Heilongjiang Province

采用问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、文献资料法研究黑龙江省学校体育运动风险因素的评价指标。结果表明:黑龙江省学校体育运动风险主要来自于学校、体育教师和学生三个方面。另外,家长运动安全知识、技能也是一个影响因素。根据各因素在学生参与体育活动中的运动风险出现频率,初步确定黑龙江省学校体育安全评价指标内容,并把黑龙江省学校体育安全评价指标体系划分为三级指标,一级指标包括学校运动安全因素、体育教师运动安全因素、学生运动安全因素和家长运动安全因素4个指标;二级指标14个;三级指标42个。运用层次分析法计算得出各指标的权重,构建黑龙江省学校体育运动安全评价指标体系。

Using the methods of questionnaire investigation, specialist interview, mathemati- cal statistics and documentation, the paper studied evaluation indexes of school exercise risk factors in Heilongjiang province. The results showed that Heilongjiang province school exer- cise risk came from the school management, teachers and students. Parents exercise security knowledge and skill was also a factor. Safety evaluation indexes content of school sport was established by exercise risk incidence of students exercising in Heilongjiang province. Safety evaluation index system of sports schools was divided into three levels. There were four inde- xes in first level. School sports safety, teachers, student and parents sports safety factors were included. There were 14 indexes in second -level and 42 indexes in third -level. U- sing analytic hierarchy process, safety evaluation index system of school sports was identified by calculating weights.
