摘要
突触可塑性是学习、记忆的细胞分子学基础,突触后致密物在突触可塑性中对揭示学习和记忆的分子机制有非常重要的意义。突触后致密物的可塑性变化易受突触前传入信息和机体内部或外界环境因素影响,而运动可以改变突触后致密物可塑性变化进而影响学习记忆。本文综述了突触后致密物的结构及功能与突触可塑性的重要关系,探讨运动训练对突触结构和功能可塑性的影响,进一步从分子水平上揭示运动训练对学习记忆促进作用的机制。
Synaptic plasticity is the cell molecule biology foundation of learning and memory. Postsynaptic density plays an important role in synaptic plasticity mechanism in learning and memory. Postsynaptic density plasticity changed vulnerable to presynaptic information and the internal or external environment factors. Sports can change the postsynaptic density plas- ticity. To explore the influence of exercise training on synaptic structure and function of syn- aptic plasticity, this paper reviews the structure and function of it and the important relation- ship between postsynaptic density and synaptic plasticity. Then, reveals the mechanism of promoting effect about exercise training on learning and memory from the molecular levels.
