Working around the Center,Serving the Overall Situation of Reform and Innovation,Doing a Good Job in the Education and Training of Cadres

山西经济管理学院为全省转型跨越发展,经济管理干部成长成才做出了积极贡献,本文从培训需求与内容、培训课程、培训形式、教育科研以及师资力量等方面入手,论述了经济管理干部学院应该充分发挥管理者的主观能动性,按照干部队伍建设的需要,尊重干部教育培训规律、尊重干部成长规律,围绕中心,服务大局,不断深化改革,增强干部教育培训的针对性和实效性。

Shanxi Institute of Economic Management has made a positive contribution to the growth and success of the economic management cadres as well as to the development in transition for Shanxi province.Based on the training needs and contents of training courses,the form of training,education and scientific research,as well as faculty and other aspects,this paper discusses that for the Economic Management College,we should not only give full play to the initiative of managers,in accordance with the needs of the contingent of cadres,but also respect for the law of cadre education and training and the law of growth of cadres.Finally,it points out that we should work around the center,serve the overall situation,deepen reform and enhance the relevance and effectiveness of the education and training of cadres.
