Urban Revival Tactics Based on Urban Catalyst Theory——Taking Building Plan about Central Region of Urban Business in Lintong New District of Xi’an City for Example

The construction of the city with local characteristics and pleasant scales is the most scientific and sustainable developing law for small and medium cities. Here, taking the detailed building plan about the central region of urban business in Lintong new district of Xi＇an City for example, the revival road of small and medium cities is explored and discussed combined with advanced urban design theories.
