摘要
绩效考核在促进商业银行发展方面起着巨大作用,建立科学的、完善的、切实可行的商业银行绩效评价体系已成为当前银行业发展亟待解决的问题。本文从我国商业银行现行绩效评价体系存在的问题出发,从平衡计分卡的角度为商业银行绩效评价提供改进建议,以期提高商业银行的绩效管理水平,增强其核心竞争力。
Performance evaluation plays a great role in promoting the development of commercial banks. Establishing a scientific, comprehensive, practical performance evaluation system of commercial banks has become the current banking industry development issues requiring urgent solution. Based on the analysis of current performance evaluation system of commercial banks in China and tbe balanced scorecard for performance evaluation of Commercial bank, the author offers suggestions for improvement with a view to improving the commercial bank's performance management level and enhancing the core competitiveness.
