摘要
随着社会的不断进步和发展,人才已经成为组织实现战略目标的关键要素。当前,高职教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,教育离不开教师的辛勤劳动,而我国高职教育的教师管理方面存在很多问题,教师绩效考核体系不合理就是亟待解决的重要问题之一。因此,以绩效考核的相关理论和方法为依据,结合A职院的实际情况,该校教师绩效考核体系的改进设计与应用问题,总结出当今社会发展环境下具有普遍意义的高职教育绩效考核体系及其应用,以期为我高职教育的快速发展贡献一份力量。
With the development of society, talents has become the strategic goals of the organization. At present, higher voeational education is an important part of the national education system. Education can not be separated with the hard work of the teachers, but there are some management prolbems on teaehers' management, and leachers performance evaluation system which needs to he solved urgently is not reasonable. Therefore, aceording to the present situation of a vocational- technical college', the paper takes the performance evaluation theories and methods as the basis, aod analyzes improvement of performance evaluation system and application problem. The paper summed up the current soeiat development of universal significance under the environment of higher vocational education performance evaluation system and ils application, in order to contribute to the rapid development of higher vocational education.
