基层电大向国家开放大学地方学院转型面临的困难探析

电大系统正在向国家开放大学转型,基层电大未来将成为国家开放大学地方学院,仍然是新型成人教育最前线。在这场全方位的变革中,基层电大有必要理清当前教学理念、教学模式等与国家开放大学的差距,完成"以学校为中心"到"以学生为中心"的转变,从理论教学向实践教学转型,加大网络教育投入,力求适应新时期的成人教育需求。

Radio ＆ TV University is undergoing its transformation to the Open University of China. The Radio ＆ TV Universities at local level will become the colleges of the Open University of China and they are still the backbones of the new adult education. The author argues that it is necessary to have a full understanding of key differences between Radio ＆ TV University and the Open University of China. The local Radio ＆ TV University should make its change from ＂school-centered＂ to ＂student-centered＂; from theory teaching to practice teaching. It is also important to increase input on network education so that market demands can be met.
