A Research on Teaching Quality in Distance Education

通过对J市电大1800多名学生的问卷调查,了解基层电大学生的学习需求、学习状况及教学情况,分析制约和影响电大远程开放教育教学质量的一些客观因素,为开放大学办学质量的提高提供客观依据并提出建设性的意见。

Open University is a new type of distance education mode based on Radio and TV University. The author states that it is high time to draw lessons from its past experience. Through a questionnaire survey on more than 1800 students in a local radio and TV University at J City, the author have got a better understanding of the students learning needs, learning and teaching. Based on his finding, the author discusses some objective factors that hinder the teaching quality in RTVU and puts forward constructive suggestions.
