高新技术的发展正改变着人类的思想从而改变人类的生活方式和生产方式,改变原有的经济结构及社会结构。当今,中国传统产业结构的调整和信息化进程正进入重要时期,要保持经济又快又稳的发展,最根本的方式是依靠科技进步。利用好高新技术,把改革与发展结合起来抓,将宏观与微观结合起来。把国有经济改组与传统产业结构调整结合起来,把握国有经济重组和信息化变革的时机,以实现高新技术对传统产业的革新,提高国民经济实力。

As the development of high and new technology changing the productivity and life style of human beings profoundly, the original eco- nomic and social structures are at the same time witnessing a tremendous change. The only way out to increase and stabilize the speed of our economi- cal development is to rely on the progress of science and technology, to promote economic restmcturing and to rebuild the traditional industry with high and new technology, and so as to achieve the improvement of economic quality. The key point to the development of traditional industry is to prornote the technological innovation.
