学生职业能力培养正成为我国高等教育的热点问题,然而我国目前行政管理专业学生职业能力培养处于不够成熟的阶段,学生难以适应市场的实际需要,这无疑给该专业的学生就业带来巨大的压力和困难,对行政管理专业职业能力培养提出了挑战。要明确人才培养定位、改革教学考核模式、突出专业实训以及加强双师型队伍建设,以培养出高质量的行政管理专业人才。

Students＂ occupation ability training is becoming the hot topic of higher education in our country. However, at present, in our country, the occupation ability training of the students who majored in public administration, are in the immature stage, it is difficult to adapt to the market＇s actual need, therefore there is no doubt to cause the the huge pressure and difficulties for these students＇ employment, and also raise a challenge for the administrative management professional vocational ability training. Being reasonable to position personnel training target, reforming teaching and assessment mode, strengthening professional practice as well as strengthening ＂double-quality＂ teachers＂ construction, so as to develop high quality talents of the major of public administration.
