摘要
通过对水中健美操的简单介绍,阐述了水中健美操健身效果的优越性,以某俱乐部30名女会员为实验对象,对她们进行3个月水中健美操课程锻炼,对实验前后会员的身体形态指标进行测试和统计分析,从而为这项新型的健身项目提供健身塑形的有效依据.
In this paper, the superiority of the water aerobics in fitness effect is iuicstrated, with 30 female members of a club who exercise water aerobics course for three months as subjects. Theis bodies before and after the experi- ment are analyzed, which provide an effective basis for this new type of fitness program.
