随着全民族文化素质的提升,人们要求高校图书馆对外开放的呼声也越来越强烈。就目前而言,国内高校图书馆的社会化服务已经做出了有益的尝试,但是整体效果并不尽如人意。通过对国内外高校图书馆社会化服务的比较分析,希望能为国内高校图书馆的社会化服务找到可借鉴之处。

With the elevation of people＇s cultural quality in our nation,there is stronger and stronger appeal for the public service of university libraries. Helpful attempts have been made in the public service of domestic university libraries, but unsatisfactory on the whole. This ar- ticle, by analyzing and comparing the public service of domestic and foreign university libraries, aims at seeking the proper reference for domestic university library to provide l^ublic service.
