新疆普通中小学少数民族汉语教师专业发展现状分析——以莎车县普通小学为例 被引量:9

An Analysis of Professional Development of Ethnic Minority Chinese Teachers in Compulsory Education in Xinjiang——Taking Ordinary Primary Schools in Shache County as Examples

摘要 在新疆普通中小学校中,少数民族汉语教师专业水平对汉语学科教学乃至其他学科的双语教学工作起着重要作用。本文通过对莎车县普通小学少数民族双语教师实地调研,以及对少数民族汉语教师专业发展水平现状和存在问题的分析,提出双语教师职前培养、录用及职后培训的相应对策,希求为少数民族双语教师队伍素质提升提供依据,进而提高双语教师专业发展水平并促进新疆少数民族地区双语教育发展。 At ordinary primary and middle schools in ethnic minority areas in Xinjiang,ethnic minority Chinese teachers' professional level plays an important role in Chinese teaching and research as well as in bilingual teaching of other subjects.This study is based on a field investigation of ethnic bilingual teachers at ordinary primary schools in Shache County.After analyzing their present professional level and problems,it puts forward some countermeasures concerning vocational training,training after employment and in-service training of ethnic bilingual teachers for the purpose of improving their qualities,uplifting their professional level and promoting bilingual education in ethnic areas of Xinjiang.
