皖江城市带参与长三角人才开发一体化研究

Research on Wanjiang City Belt's Participating in Talent Development Integration in Yangtze River Delta

皖江城市带参与长三角人才开发一体化是区域经济一体化的必然要求,而建立完善的人才开发一体化体系是推动人才开发一体化的必要保证。文章在对皖江城市带人才现状分析的基础上,以提高人才竞争力为目标,遵循可实现、合作共赢以及与产业发展战略相一致的原则,构建了包括协同配合的人才引进体系、切实有效的人才共享体系、优势互补的人才开发体系、互联互通的人才市场体系、相互衔接的人才服务体系在内的人才开发一体化体系。最后,结合皖江城市带与长三角人才合作现状,提出应根据自身实际与需求突出工作重点,在人才开发一体化各体系建设上实现点的突破,以点带面推动人才开发一体化进程。

Wanjiang City Belt's participating in the talent development integration in Yangtze River Delta is an inevitable requirement for the regional economical integration.Establishing a thorough system is a necessary guarantee for talent development integration.Following the principles of reliability,win-win cooperation and according with the industrial development strategy,this paper constructs a talent development integration system based on the analysis of Wanjiang City Belt's talent resource status so as to improve Wanjiang City Belt's talent competitiveness.The system includes the collaborative talent introduction system,the effective talent sharing system,the complementary talent development system,the interoperable talent market system and the joint talent service system.It is pointed out that Wanjiang City Belt should make efforts to promote the construction of each system according to its actual situation and needs so as to promote the talent development integration.
