Research on the Characteristics of Buddhist Life Education from the Perspective of Hospice Care Theory

佛教临终关怀思想集中体现在四个方面:轮回不止,生命不息;因果报应,悔过念善;解脱生死,超越三界;不住涅槃,不舍众生。从临终关怀的角度来看,佛教生命教育特点与众不同、独具特色,即尊重生命,顺应自然;珍爱生命,发展人生;解缚生命,永灭苦恼;生命超越,自度度人。对于现代临终关怀运动而言,佛教独特的生命教育思想及其丰富的临终关怀理论与实践操作具有非常大的借鉴价值。

Buddhist hospice care theory is mainly concerned about the following aspects: the transmigration never stops,and the life never stops;karma,regret and do kind deeds;release from the bonds of births-and-deaths,and transcend the Three Realms;never stop nirvana,and never give up all living creatures.From the perspective of hospice care,Buddhist life education theory is unique and has its own distinguishing features,that is,respect for life,and conform to nature;treasure the life,and develop the life;uncord the life,and eliminate the bother forever;transcend the life,and improve others by self-improvement.The distinct Buddhist life education theory and the rich hospice care theory are valuable for modern hospice care movement.
