摘要
以48份红麻种质资源为材料,对225对SRAP引物组合进行筛选,筛选出多态性好的30对引物。利用这30对SRAP引物扩增48份红麻种质资源,共获得284条谱带,平均每个引物扩增出9.47条谱带,其中多态性谱带268条,多态性条带比率为94.4%。用UPGMA法进行聚类分析,以遗传相似系数0.74划分,48份红麻种质资源可以划分为四个类群。以48份红麻种质资源的SRAP扩增谱带为基础,构建红麻种质资源DNA指纹图谱。
Forty - eight accessions of kenaf germplasm were selected, and 30 sets of SRAP primers with good polymorphism were screened from 225 SRAP primers combinations. Two hundred and eighty - four bands'were amplified by the 30 sets of SRAP primers with average 9.47 bands for each primer, of which 268 were polymorphic and PPB was 97.9%. The cluster analysis based on UMPGA showed that the 48 accessions of kenaf germplasm were divided into four major groups at 0.74 similarity coefficient. The fingerprint for the 48 accessions of kenaf germplasm was established based on the SRAP amplified bands.
