On the Construction of Modern Vocational Education System Based on Resource Sharing

职业教育在经济社会发展中扮演着重要角色,建立健全现代职业教育体系,不仅是我国职业教育改革发展的重点,也成为我国社会经济发展的重要任务。从资源管理角度来讲,构建现代职业教育体系,实际上是职业教育资源在适应社会与经济发展过程中优化配置的体现。通过发挥政府主导作用,优化职业教育资源配置,以资源共享推动校企深度融合,促进中高职教育协调发展,是建立现代职业教育体系的有效途径。

Vocational education is playing a significant role in economic and social development. The establishment and improve- ment of a modern vocational education system has an overall impact on vocational education reform and China＇s economic and so- cial development. From the perspective of resource management, the construction of modern vocational education system is actu- ally the optimal allocation of vocational education resource in the progress of suiting to the development of economic and social de- velopment. The government should play the leading and guiding role in the resource optimization allocation, build deeper college- enterprise cooperation by sharing resource and promoting the coordinated development of middle and higher vocational education. In fact, it is an effective way to build the modern vocational education system.
