微晶酚酞分离富集分光光度法测定痕量铋

摘要 pH 1.0时,Bi(Ш)与PAN发生螯合反应形成的Bi(Ш)-PAN可被吸附在微晶酚酞上,试验了影响富集率的各个参数,在最佳富集条件下,Bi(Ш)的富集率可达98%,用6.0 mol·L-1的HCl解吸后用分光光度法测定其含量。该法用于水样中铋含量的测定,结果令人满意。 In pH 1.0, Bi(m) can react with PAN to form of Bi(III)-PAN which can be adsorbed on microcrystalline phenolphthalein, various factors influencing the enrichment efficiency were studied. In the optimum condition, the enrichment efficiency of Bi(IIl) was 98%. After elution by 6.0 mol/L HC1, the bismuth was determination by spectrophotometric method. This method was applied to the determination of bismuth in water samples with satisfatory results.
