高校辅导员是高校教师中的特殊群体,根据其工作职能、工作性质的特殊性,从高校辅导员产生职业倦怠的影响因素入手,运用模糊层次分析法建立了高校辅导员职业倦怠评价数学模型,将定性与定量研究结合起来对高校辅导员职业倦怠进行评价分析,并通过算例说明了该评价方法的应用。

College counselors are a special group in universities. According to their job, work characteristics, starting from job burnout factors,using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the college counselor job burnout ecaluation mathematical model is set up, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze and evalate the college counselor job burnout. An example shows the application of evaluation method.
