摘要
通过分析煤化工行业硫回收装置的尾气特点,结合影响烟气酸露点的因素,得出SO2、SO3和H2O浓度是影响尾气酸露点的主要因素;运用A.G.Okkes公式与各烟气酸露点计算公式进行比较和评估。得出在SO3的体积分数为10×10-6的情况下,H.A.bapahoba估算公式能更好的估算出硫回收装置尾气的酸露点,可指导实际的工程应用。
By analyzing characteristics of tail gas from sulfur recover/unit in coal chemical industry, combining with factors affecting the acid dew point, the paper obtains concentration of SO2, SO3 and H20 are the main influencing factors in acid dew point. After comparing and estimating with A.G.Okkes formula and flue gas acid dew point computational formula, when S03 volume fraction is 10×10^-6, H.A.bapahoba estimation formula could estimate acid dew point of tail gas from sulfur recovery unit better, which can direct practical engineering applications.
