摘要
航运人才队伍建设是国家人才发展的重点领域之一,也是重庆市建设长江上游航运中心的必然选择。在充分调研的基础上,针对重庆市航运人才队伍的发展现状,运用SWOT分析法深入分析其自身的优势和劣势,面临的机遇和挑战,并有针对性地提出了对策建议。
Shipping talent team construction is one of the key fields of talent development, and is also the inevitable choice of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River shipping center construction. Based on the sufficient research, in the light of development status of Chongqing shipping talent team, the use of SWOT analysis in - depth analysis of their own advantages and disadvanta- ges, opportunities and challenges is discussed, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
