摘要
对211名员工进行问卷调查,探讨了心理契约破裂对员工越轨行为的影响,研究员工传统性在以上影响过程中的调节作用。结果发现:心理契约破裂与员工越轨行为之间存在显著的正相关关系;传统性高的员工,其心理契约破裂与越轨行为的关联较高,传统性对心理契约破裂与员工越轨行为之间的关系具有强化的调节作用。
Drawing on a cross-organizational sample of 211 employees, the relationship between psychological contract breach and employee deviant behavior is investigated, and the moderate effect of traditionality in that relationship is examined. The results demonstrate: firstly, psychological contract breach was positively related to employee deviant behavior. Secondly, psychological contract breach was more strongly related to employee deviant behavior for individuals scoring high on traditionality. And the tra- ditionality altered relationship between psychological contract breach and employee deviant behavior, in that relationship it was stronger for employees who were higher on traditionality than for those lower on traditionality.
