摘要
以双酚AF为原料,通过硝化和还原合成得到含氟苯并噁唑聚合物的单体2,2-双(4-羟基-3-氨基苯基)六氟丙烷(3)。将等摩尔量的对苯二甲酰氯与化合物3反应制得邻羟基酰胺聚合物5,然后再高温脱水环化即得到含氟聚苯并噁唑聚合物6。通过红外、质谱和核磁等表征手段确定了双酚AF的硝化产物2和含氟苯并噁唑聚合物单体3结构。邻羟基酰胺聚合物5及含氟聚苯并噁唑聚合物6的结构由红外表征确定。热重分析表明,含氟聚苯并噁唑聚合物6的5%失重温度为530℃,分解温度为573℃,具有良好的热稳定性。
2,2 - Bis ( 3 - amino - 4 - hydroxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane ( 3 ), which could be used for the preparation of fluorine-containing polybenzoxazoles, was synthesized by nitration and reduction starting from bisphenol AF. Reaction of compound 3 with equivalent terephthaloyl chloride gave poly (o - hydroxyamide) 5, which was further dehydrated at a high temperature giving fluorine-containing poly- benzoxazole 6. The nitration product 2 of bisphenol AF and compound 3 were determined by FTIR, ESI - MS, and 1 HNMR, and polymers 5 and 6 were characterized by FF - IR. TG indicates that polymer 6 has a good thermal stability with a 5% weight'loss temperature of 530 ℃ and a thermal degradation tempera- ture of 573 ℃, respectively in nitrogen.
