摘要
研究了盐酸和草酸混合溶液对安徽某地石英砂中杂质铁去除率的影响。结果表明,酸浸条件对杂质铁的去除效果影响显著,最佳的酸浸工艺为:采用5%的盐酸和8 g/L的草酸组成的溶液作为浸出剂,反应时间为6 h,温度为50℃,液固比为31。通过该酸浸工艺,石英砂中杂质铁的含量降低到0.96×10-6。
This paper studied the effect of mixed acids leaching process on removal of Fe impurity in quartz sand, and the quartz sand was from Anhui Province. The result shows that the conditions of acid leaching process affected the content of Fe impurity. The optimum leaching process was found as follow: mixed acid solution was composed of 5% HC1 and 8 g/L H2C2O4, acid-leaching temperature was 50 ℃ , the acid leaching duration of 6 h, the ratio of acid solution and quartz sand is 3 : 1. The content of Fe im- purity in the quartz sand was decreased to 0.96 ×10^-6.
