锁定钢板与动力髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床对比分析

The Efficacy Analysis of Locking Plate with the Dynamic Hip Screw for Treatment of Senile Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的:对比分析锁定钢板与动力髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效差异。方法:选取2010年10月-2012年10月来笔者所在医院就诊治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者36例,随机平分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用动力髋螺钉治疗,试验组采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗,对比两组患者的治疗疗效及髋关节活动时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生情况差异。结果:试验组患者在治疗有效率及髋关节活动时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率上均较对照组优势显著(P<0.05)。结论:锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床治疗效果较为理想,且患者术后恢复迅速、较为安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of locking plate with the dynamic hip screw in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods： 36 cases of elderly patients with treatment of intertrochanteric fracture were chosen from October 2010 to October 2012 in author＇s hospital, randomly divided them into the control group and the experimental group, the control group were given dynamic hip screw treatment, the experimental group were given femur nearly the end of the locking plate for treatment, comparing the treatment efficacy, hip joint activity time, fracture healing time, complications estrus of patients of the two groups.Results： The treatment efficacy, hip joint activity time, fracture healing time, complication rate in the experimental group had a significant advantage than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The locking plate for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures has a ideal clinical outcomes, and rapid postoperative recovery, a more secure and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
