两种标本处理方法对电化学发光法测定甲状腺激素影响的观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察肝素钠抗凝试管与干燥试管处理两种血液样本方法对电化学发光法测定甲状腺激素的影响。方法:随机抽取笔者所在医院血液科收集的56例甲状腺激素患者血液样本,分别采用干燥试管法和肝素钠抗凝试管法测定促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)三种甲状腺激素的浓度。结果:检测结果发现,干燥试管法和肝素钠抗凝试管法在血清和血浆FT3检测浓度之间差异不明显(P>0.05),而在FT4和TSH检查浓度之间差异明显(P<0.05或0.01),且血浆检测浓度普遍高于血清。结论:采用肝素钠抗凝血法会致TSH和FT4测定值虚高,建议临床应用电化学发光法测定甲状腺激素时提取血清标本。
