摘要 本文从供应链整体可持续发展的角度出发,在对全球供应链营销环境细分的基础上,通过对市场分析、战略目标客户的寻找与把握、产品、人力、信息以及创新能力等方面的阐述与探讨,提出实行全球供应链营销的有效途径与对策。
