摘要
平整工艺对提高不锈冷轧带钢的表面光洁度、机械性能及改善板形质量有重要的作用。为满足不锈钢平整工艺的要求,相关机械设备的选用也显得尤为重要。本文系统介绍了各有关平整工艺参数对带钢质量的影响以及近年来新的机械设备技术在平整机上的应用。
Tempering process plays an inportant role in improving surface brightness, mechanical performance and impro- ving flatness of stainless cold roll strip. To satisfy the requirement of stainless strip tempering process, the choice of me- chanical equipment is obviously important. Effect of tempering process parameters and new technical use of mechanical e- quipment are introduced.
