板坯表面横裂纹机理研究及改进措施

The Formation Mechanism and Improvement Measures on Surface Transverse Cracks of Continuous Casting Slab

结合济钢中厚板厂炼钢工序的实际生产工艺过程,对连铸板坯表面横裂纹形成机理进行了分析,并提出了窄成分控制、控制钢中N含量、优化二冷配水系统、保证设备工艺参数、控制非稳态浇注等改进措施,实施后取得了良好效果。

Combining the actual steel-making and continuous casting process of the medium and heavy plate plant in Ji- gang, the formation mechanism of the surface transverse crack are analyzed, the narrow composition control, the N content control in steel, the optimizing of secondary cooling water distribution, the ensuring of the equipment process parameters, the control of unsteady casting and so on, all the improvement measures are put forward. Of course, the good effect has ob- tained apparently after implementation of them.
