摘要
随着我国城市轨道交通的快速发展,乘客数量急剧增长。如何在满足乘客快速便捷出行要求的同时,设计出提供人性化服务的设备是一个需要重视解决的问题。以交互设计为切入点,以乘客群体的生理和心理特征、人为因素及操作行为等为研究核心,结合轨道交通自动检票机实际设计项目,从人机因素、形态语意以及功能表达设计着手,为轨道交通自动检票机的设计改进和功能完善提供策略与建议,对完善自动检票机的使用功能和轨道交通设施的发展进行有益的探索。
With the fast development of urban rail transit and the dramatic increase of passenger volumes, it is critical to de sign equipments that could meet the humanized service needs in parallel with the needs for rapidity and convenience. Based on the interaction design, taking passengers' biological and psy chological actions, human factors and operational behavior are taken as the core in the design, at the same time in connection with the actual AFC design project, the tactics and suggestions of improvement and functional perfection in AFC design are discussed from aspects of manmachine factors, morphologic semantics and functional express, in order to perfect the func tions of AFC for users and improve the development of urban rail transit equipments.
