摘要
通过对钢轨进行模态分析来研究钢轨的振动。对比分析了不同刚度扣件下钢轨的自振频率。通过研究钢轨自振情况下的应力分布来寻找更好的轨道减振措施。结果表明:扣件刚度越大钢轨的自振频率越大,但是变化不大;钢轨振动时其轨腰处应力较大,尤其是扣件位置。因此,研究通过在钢轨上采取措施来实现减少轨道振动这一方面的课题时,建议应将重点放在研究减少钢轨轨腰的振动上。
Through a modal analysis, the rail vibration, and natural frequencies of the rail under different fasteners' stiffness are studied and compared. Then, the stress distri bution under the rail vibration is analyzed to seek better vi bration reduction measures. This research shows that the greater of the fastener's stiffness, the greater of the rail natural frequency, but this change is not very obvious. The stress is relatively large at the rail waist only when the rail vibration happens, so more attention should be put on the rail waist in the studies of rail vibration.
