摘要
为保证乘客安全,安装屏蔽门的地铁车站站台须设置一定宽度的绝缘层。分析了目前国内轨道交通屏蔽门系统采用的绝缘层方案,指出既有绝缘层方案的不足。介绍了一种新型的屏蔽门绝缘层方案——整体复合绝缘层方案,及其所采用的绝缘结构、材料、施工工艺等,并与既有绝缘层方案进行比较;对整体复合绝缘层方案在施工过程中应注意的问题进行了说明。
Platform screen subway stations, in order to doors are widely equipped at protect the passengers from the potential difference existing between the subway walking track and station ground. The platform screen doors are at high potential as being connected with subway walking track, while the platform lies at the ground level. Thus the potential difference between them gives rise to problems like step level, which will threaten the waiting passengers in the situation of high voltage. Currently, an insulation layer in a width of 1.6 to 2 meters has been is equipped be tween the structure layer and the decorate layer at metro station next to the platform screen doors to ensure the safe ty of passengers. A novel scheme of platform insulating lay er for screen doors is discussed in this paper, and compared with other insulating schemes in some urban metros of Chi na. The improvement of the insulating layer's structure could accelerate the metro construction schedule and guar antee the construction ~ualitv at the ~rn,~ ~;,~,~
