急性酒精中毒患者心肌生化标志物测定及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究急性酒精中毒患者的心肌生化标志物测定的临床意义。方法选取本院2012年1~8月收治的60例急性酒精中毒患者和40例健康患者,前者为研究组,后者为对照组,分别检测两组患者的心肌生化标志物,并分析其与心脏事件发生的关系。结果急性酒精中毒患者的心肌生化标志物水平与心脏事件的发生情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论急性酒精中毒可能会引起患者的心肌生化标志物的升高,造成心肌损伤,临床需要加强对患者这方面的关注,提前预防。 Objective To research the clinical significance of detection of myocardial biochemical marker in acute al- coholism patients. Methods Forty cases of healthy people and 60 Cases of patients with acute alcoholism were selected in our hospital from January to August 2012, the 60 cases of patients were taken to be research group, and the 40 cases of healthy people were taken to be control group. Myocardial biochemical markers in the patients of two groups were de- tected respectively, and the relationship with cardiac events was analyzed. Results The myocardial biochemical mark- ers and cardiac events in acute alcoholism patients were significantly higher than those in control group, there was sig- nificant statistical difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Acute alcoholism may cause the change of myocardial biochemical marker, and cause myocardial injury. So it should be given more attention in the clinic, so as to prevent earlier.
