内镜下鼻内结构重建治疗鼻源性头痛的效果观察

Effects of endoscopic intranasal structure reconstruction in treating rhino genous headache

目的研究内镜下鼻内结构重建治疗鼻源性头痛的疗效。方法选择鼻源性头痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为给予内镜下鼻内结构重建术的观察组和常规手术的对照组,观察手术相关指标。结果观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后引流量、术后卧床时间、远期复发例数均明显少于对照组。结论内镜下鼻内结构重建手术对于鼻源性头痛的治疗具有积极的临床价值。

Objective To study the effects of endoscopic intranasal structure reconstruction in treating rhinogenous headache. Methods Rhinogenous headache patients were collected and randomly divided into observation group （given endoscopic intranasal structure reconstruction） and control group （given routine operation）. Then operation index were observed. Results Amount of intraoperative bleeding, operation time, postoperative drainage volume, postoperative ly- ing time and long term recurrence cases of observation group were significantly less than that of control group. Con- clusion Endoscopic intranasal structure reconstruction operation has positive clinical value for rhinogenous headache.
