谷维素与厄贝沙坦联合治疗城乡结合部社区高血压的效果观察

Curative effect observation of oryzanol and irbesartan combination therapy for urban and rural community hypertension

目的探讨谷维素与厄贝沙坦联合治疗城乡结合部社区高血压的临床疗效,以改善城乡结合部社区高血压人群的健康状况。方法将城乡结合部社区中心收治的82例高血压患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组41例,对照组仅利用厄贝沙坦治疗,治疗组则采用谷维素联合厄贝沙坦进行治疗。结果两组患者均无明显不良反应;治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);在收缩压、舒张压方面的比较,治疗组均显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论谷维素与厄贝沙坦联合治疗高血压的疗效显著,二者联合使用能够增强治疗城乡结合部社区高血压的临床疗效,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of oryzanol combined with irbesartan on patients with hyperten- sion, in order to achieve the aim of enhancing people health situation. Methods Eighty two patients with hypertension who seek treatment in hospital in the suburban area linki.ng the urban and rural were divided into two groups, each group had 41 patients. The control group used irbesartan, the experimental group used oryzanol combined with irbe- sartan. Results The two groups had few adverse effects, the total efficien（ rate of the experimental group was signifi- cantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01）, systolic and diastolic blood pressure improvement were better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of oryzanol combined with irbesartan hyper- tension is obvious, which can improve the health level of community population, be worth popularizing extensively.
